NEIL HALSTEAD is playing a show in london on 22nd July 2010, he will be supported by Big Potato band, the superb Common Prayer headed by Jason Sebastian Russo, a talented musician some may know from his previous exploits in bands Hopewell and Mercury Rev who are in the uk to support their new record There Is A Mountain.

Also on the bill will be Brooklyn’s The Silent League who’s great record ‘but you’ve always been the caretaker” is one of the best release of 2010.

The Slowdive Database

Forum member dsanchez has launched a Slowdive database website which many of you might find interesting – and possibly could contribute to:

I would like to invite everyone to join a project I have in mind since some months ago: The Slowdive Database.

It’s a gigography including notes, setlists, publicity from Slowdive, Mojave 3, Televise…

The website is based in a Wiki application, meaning everyone can go and update any information very quickly. If someone is too lazy to do it, there’s my email where I can get any info and I will update it myself

The idea was inspired by the concept at the cure-concerts.de website and the Pulp Wiki.
